Cat Nanny WNC Policies

• COMPLIMENTARY MEET AND GREET

  To your home to meet you, secure a key, meet your fur babies, and learn about their routines.

• OVERNIGHT RESERVATIONS

  Overnight reservations must be paid in full at the time of the reservation.  Due to the heavy volume of vacation pet-sitting requests and that we're holding room in your pet nanny's schedule, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancel more than 14 days before the date of your first scheduled visit: No charge.

  • Cancel 8 to 13 days before the date of your first scheduled visit: 50% charge of canceled visits due.

  • Cancel within 7 days of the date of your first scheduled visit: 100% charge of canceled visits due.

• PAYMENT

  The client agrees to pay Cat Nanny WNC 7 days before the reservation of booking to reserve their services. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, debit, and credit card through a Time to Pet app. Checks must be made payable to Cat Nanny WNC.

• REFUNDS OR CREDITS

  Cat Nanny WNC does not offer refunds or credits once service has begun. No refunds or credits are issued for early returns during the course of a pet-sitting reservation.

• INTAKE FORMS

  Will be provided and completion is required prior to care or downloading the app.

• REFERENCES

  Available upon request.

• HOLIDAY PREMIUM

  An Additional $10 Fee for the Following Holidays:

  New Year’s Eve/Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Day.

• EMERGENCY VISIT FEE

  There will be an additional $15 Fee for emergency drop in visits. Any same day service counts as an emergency visit.

• OUTDOOR PLANTS

  There will be an additional $25 fee per day for watering outdoor plants.
